In our very early twenties we held our first barbecue. We were reliably informed by mum that we should go to the butchers and ask for the ‘negge of pork’ as that’s the best meat for souvlaki. So we went there and said - 2kg diced chicken breast, 3kg diced negge of pork...They looked at us, then complied. Lucky for us we had gone to the butchers that everyone goes to when planning souvlaki. When we got home & looked at the receipt we realised that we had just bought the neck end of pork
